On the first day we went to St Michael's Mount. We visited the castle there and ate chips (I think). It was definitely delicious. The next day we visited Tintagel. We went hiking there. But it wouldn't have been so nice without weatherproof clothing. But the nature was great. There were also some interesting caves on the beach. On the last day, we visited EdenProject. We looked at the flowers there and ate some delicious ice cream. However, it was only possible to pay by card, so I had to borrow the card from someone.
We stayed in NewQuay and went on coastal walks there. We also visited Tintagel, the Eden Project and st. Michaels Mount.
The caves on the coast near Tintagel are very beautiful and large. Well worth a visit.

I was in Cornwall for a few days with my family. Even though we were able to spend a very relaxing time in the countryside there, there are a few drawbacks to this destination. Public transport could definitely be improved and I wouldn't recommend travelling without a hire car. The region also offers few activities for younger people. Nevertheless, it is definitely worth a visit!
A visit to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens should definitely be on your list. Unfortunately, travelling without a car is difficult and the entrance fees are not cheap, but it's still worth it! If you have booked cosy accommodation in a cottage, simply relaxing there can be the highlight of your trip. And tea time with scones is not to be missed!
Instead of celebrating tea time in expensive tourist cafés, you can also learn to bake your own scones. The knowledge you acquire is also a great souvenir to take home with you
I would recommend this destination to anyone who wants to spend an idyllic time by the sea
