A very beautiful and impressive city. I visited it with my wife and we were both very happy with the trip. There are many must-see sights such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace. But there are also less well-known destinations such as Savile Road, for people who are interested in more upmarket clothing, as there are many well-known tailors there. In the city itself, it's easy to get from A to B on the underground or simply on foot.

We were in London for 4 days as a couple and did a complete sightseeing tour. The city is very beautiful, with many interesting sights, such as the Tower of London or the Elisabeth Tower with Big Ben. The city has many other interesting buildings to offer. Everything from the famous Harry Potter was also created here, which was great for me as a fan. Station 9 3/4 was depicted just like in the film. It was great.

I can recommend the city of London to everyone. There is a lot to learn about the history of England here. We visited all the historical sights. I was most impressed by Westminster Abbey. Big Ben lit up in the evening looked really great. The London Eye, which is the highest Ferris wheel in Europe, was gigantic. You had a great view over the whole city.

London is definitely worth a visit. There is a huge range of museums, most of which are free. For example, the National History Museum, which was my favourite. The city is also great for strolling and shopping, as there are all kinds of brands and shops. Getting around on the underground is very easy and is no problem after a few glances at the map. Unfortunately, as a tourist you have to be careful at events like the Kempten Market, as there are a lot of pickpockets out and about. In my experience, however, this is limited compared to other big cities like Paris. Definitely a must for culture fans!

The city centre offers many beautiful parklands and invites you to take a stroll. Big Ben is also worth a visit. I also really liked the London Eye. The cultural programme is phenomenal.
Hidden gems
The Indian restaurant Punjab really impressed me. If you like Indian food, you should definitely go here.
Destination recommendation
I would recommend London because it is a very colourful city where many cultures come together.
Pros
Many museums and other cultural offerings
Many catering establishments and restaurants
Cons
As a tourist, you have to be careful in some neighbourhoods
Very expensive

London offers many sights. We have been to the Shart and Horizon 22 during our visits and have always visited good restaurants such as Cubana.
The city is very easy to reach by plane from Germany. Public transport makes it easy to explore the city.
Shopping is also very easy in the city.
Highligts
We have been to London many times but you can do this again and again. There are many beautiful things to experience, such as a visit to the second tallest building, Horizon 22.
Hidden gems
Not only sightseeing but also good food rounds off a visit to London. Eating an ice cream made from a fish in Chinatown, for example, is very tasty.
