Close to your villa in Puerto de la Cruz is the quaint town of La Orotava, which is where the biggest mountain in Spain is, El Teide. Here you can take a cable car up to the top, see the summit of the volcano and then enjoy a stroll back down. Also close by is Loro Parque, an animal park and one of the two most popular parks in Tenerife. Enjoy dolphin, orca, sea lion and parrot shows here whilst on your family holiday. Lago Martiánez is also nearby and is a water park with different pools, including one for the kids, and a spa treatment for adults. It also offers the chance to swim through waterfalls and caves.
