I love Palma de Mallorca. You feel at home when you're there and you can get around the island very quickly. This year I was in Inca with friends (eight people in a finca) and also in Magaluf (family) Magaluf is more of a British area and you hardly ever meet any Germans, which is usually the case on Mallorca. Our hotel was right by the sea and had great facilities. Inca is more inland and perfect for large groups. We had two hire cars and drove around the island in them. Port de Soller is worth a day trip. The funicular is great, especially if you stand right at the back, where you have the best view. The landscape is beautiful and you can get to the harbour quickly. You can eat very well there and go swimming. The "fissure" has a rocky beach that you can hardly walk on without shoes. Due to underwater currents, the water is always warm like a bathtub, otherwise rather fresh. The Mediterranean is clear and also very warm. We did our normal shopping in the supermarket at the prices we know from home. The Ballermann is of course the hotspot for young people. There are also car parks in the side streets. No matter what you're looking for, there's something for everyone. From culture to parties, relaxation, city and nature. Especially when travelling up the mountains, you can always stop and simply enjoy the view. You can pay by card everywhere, you don't need cash.

I can only recommend Mallorca! I liked Palma, Paguera and the town near Playa de Muro the best. The beaches there are really beautiful and you can go for a nice walk. I would hire a car and explore the whole island, and definitely go partying one night at Ballermann! A visit to Palma is also highly recommended! In future, I would avoid the main holiday season in the German summer. It's also quite expensive locally. But otherwise very nice!
I recommend the Ballermann for partying. Then I recommend Paguera for families. Playa del Muro is also great! Definitely hire a car.

Our trip took place in August. We had perfect weather. El Arenal is for partying. Highly recommended, especially for groups of friends. During the day, we recommend hiring a car and driving around the island, visiting deserted bays and the beautiful national parks. We would love to come back!
The Bierkönig and the Megapark are highly recommended for partying in the evening. The people are nice and the atmosphere is good. Es Trenc Beach is just 45 minutes away by car and is also highly recommended. The prices in the restaurants at Ballermann are quite expensive.

We had a great honeymoon. Unfortunately, the hotel was only mediocre. Apart from that, we did lots of different things and even got to see dolphins. The water park in Mallorca is highly recommended, but also very expensive. The many small towns on Mallorca are definitely worth a visit. We would not recommend the trip to the dragon cave. Insider tip: The remote beaches are hardly ever crowded with tourists. There were almost only locals and they were super nice. My husband lost his wedding ring while snorkelling and they spent several hours with us looking for and finding it. I would always travel by bus and train in Mallorca. Just hold your bank card when you get on and off and you're done. Cheap and easy. No matter where we ate, the food was always good and the hosts friendly. I recommend trying out the small tapas restaurants.

We had a great youth holiday in Mallorca. The whole thing was affordable and the island is perfect for young people as there are so many attractions such as sailing trips and parties. You also meet lots of other nice people who like to party
Trip to the island. Cabrera was the highlight of the holiday. Everyone there was very hospitable and we often ate well in restaurants.

With relatively warm temperatures across the year, it is a great location to visit for any sun lover. Whilst sitting on the beach overlooking the temperate Mediterranean Sea, you can see many boats coming in and out of the large port that there is here. Families and large groups are more than welcome here, as there is a diverse range of activities available here in this city to keep people of all ages busy!
During the day, why not wander around and check out the cathedral of Palma or the Castell de Bellver? If you long for a day trip somewhere, why not cool down at the local water park, which will keep the family and large groups entertained for hours. Taking the bus is probably the best way to get there. The local zoo is also well worth checking out for those animal fans. If you are wondering what there is to do in the evening, there is large selection of bars and clubs to keep party animals occupied into the early hours in the morning!
