Hello everyone, I can absolutely recommend travelling to Lake Constance. It's simply lovely to go for a walk by the lake and enjoy nature. In my case, I went to the motorbike fair in Friedrichshafen, among other things. I can absolutely recommend it, as admission is very cheap and there is a lot to see. There is everything from motorbike travel ideas to motorbike parts and shows. There is also a large selection of food, so you definitely won't go hungry.

The motorbike show in Friedrichshafen is definitely recommended. Afterwards, of course, you can also go for a walk in Seestraße, directly on the lake. Boats can be hired right next door in Uferstrasse.

My insider tip is definitely to visit the Motorradwelt in Friedrichshafen, as you get a lot on offer for a very reasonable entrance fee. Anyone who is a motorbike enthusiast should definitely consider a visit.

Because there is a lot to see and the lake is beautiful.

When I was at Lake Constance, I visited the island of Lindau. We took a guided tour of the town there, ate ice cream by the water and travelled back to Friedrichshafen by train. From Friedrichshafen, we went on a bike tour where we made little stops at pubs.

On the first day, we travelled to the island of Lindau and took a tour of the town. On the second day we played minigolf and cycled through the centre. The next day we went up a mountain and looked at the view of Lake Constance. On the last day, we travelled by boat to Mainau to take a closer look at the flower island.

The hinterland is definitely an insider tip as many people only cycle around Lake Constance. The hinterland is full of good cycle paths, small inns where you can take a break and a beautiful view of the mountains as well as the lake.

The destination is perfect if you want to go on holiday in Germany. There are many ways for families and couples to spend their time. For example, you can go swimming in the lake, go hiking, visit old towns and do water sports.

For me, Lake Constance is the most beautiful lake in Germany. If you don't necessarily need the comfort of accommodation, you can also find something cheaper on a campsite. In a wooden hut or in your own tent, you are particularly close to the lake and nature. You can easily get around by bus, train, bike, boat or car. For the latter, however, parking fees can be quite high.

There are various ways to enjoy the water here. On the one hand, you can take a relaxing boat or ferry across the lake to Austria or Switzerland. On the other hand, you can discover the lake in a more sporty way by bike, canoe or windsurfing. However, a visit to the flower island of Mainau is also a must.

The Flotte Flosse in Immenstaad offers delicious fish sandwiches straight to your hand. The island of Reichenau offers a unique flair of Lake Constance and invites you to relax.

The lake is very varied and therefore suitable for all age groups.

I would only do one thing better: check the weather beforehand, because it was so foggy that we could only see a few hundred metres across the lake. And that was in June. Public transport is few and far between, so it's better to travel by car or hire a bike. There are great cycle paths around the lake anyway.

I was travelling to Lake Constance on business and used the time between meetings to get to know the lake and, above all, the culinary offerings better. There are many classic restaurants with a good range of fish, but I was particularly impressed by a small café right on the lake, which had probably the best lactose-free cappuccino I've ever had.

The café is located directly in Lindau near the ferry terminal. A great atmosphere like in a Starbucks but without the touristy flair of the US franchise and with moderate prices. And right on the waterfront.
