Ostend has some very beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beaches. There are also many nice restaurants, bars and nightclubs. If you are looking for wellness, you are also in the right place, as there are several thermal baths here. I can highly recommend the Japanese garden, it is very quiet and offers the opportunity to relax. A visit to Fort Napoleon, the harbour, is also a must, very exciting to see. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play ball.
