De Haan is so beautiful, it's really quiet, so if you're looking for nightlife or lots of sights, you're in the wrong place. The sights are limited to an Einstein statue and the Concessie neighbourhood, where you can admire many well-preserved villas from bygone eras. For me, however, the best thing was walking through the dune reserves, where I was able to simply enjoy the peace and relaxation in beautiful natural surroundings and the best weather (lucky me).
