This holiday apartment was refurbished in 2013 and is located in a well-kept and nice neighbourhood in San Miguel de Salinas (Aicante). It is an ideal place for a couple. Many of the owners of the surrounding buildings stay here for the whole year. This residential district is one of the area’s first developments and some of the residents have been staying here for more than 20 years.

The holiday apartment’s sun terrace is south facing and equipped with garden furniture. The apartment is surrounded by leafy gardens with two gorgeous communal swimming pools and a children’s pool, only a few metres away.
Near the residential complex you find a wide range of bars and restaurants offering something for everyone’s taste. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the Costa Blanca’s popular beaches which are some of the best beaches in Spain. These beaches are generally very safe and well patrolled by lifeguards and they benefit from regular beach clean-ups. The surrounding area has several golf courses on offer, quick and easy to get to by car. A large shopping centre with various shops and shopping facilities for your daily needs is about 3 km away. Alicante airport is a 45 minutes’ car drive away and to the airport of Murcia it takes about 25 minutes. All in all the Costa Blanca is an ideal place for sun worshippers but it is also a great destination for nature lovers and holiday makers who enjoy cultural activities.
